All required conditions for returning a product:

All items which can be sold again are always considered eligible for return. The following are the basic conditions when you make a mind to return a product. The Delivery Executive will refuse to accept the return or we may deny to receive the return if any of the below conditions are not met or fulfilled.

Original Product

 Product Name, IMEI, Image, Brand, Serial Number, Product Number, MRP, Bar Code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

Unused Product

Items that have been unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, unsoiled products without any stain and with non-tampered quality check seals, without any flaws, must have original tags, user manual, warranty cards, return tags, warranty seals (wherever applicable).

 

Complete Product

Item must be in the original condition. All in-the-box accessories for example remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc. freebies and combos (if any) should be present and available.

 

Undamaged Products

The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Original Packaging

The product must be in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.

Branded Electronic Products

In case of seal open branded electronic items cannot be eligible for return despite of not being satisfied with the products as they cannot be resold. Unless if the products is damaged or not working from the beginning.

Fashion Items

Items  must be in fresh condition and must not have any signs of usage must have proper folding, fabric pins, clips or collar pads at the time of original delivery, must have poly, bags or paper wrapping, box, and tags be like at the time of delivery, must have the price tag, brand tag.

Combo Items

Products which were sold as combos or in sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.

Authenticity

Must have proof of purchase (Invoice/Customer ID)

Note: If your return item does not meet the required conditions then we have the right to send it back to you. In that case   your return courier/postal fee will not be reimbursed.

Return Pick-up Process and Time You Get:

No return will be accepted if you do not inform us within 48 hours written above for your Return Request and for successfulreturn picked-up make sure you maintain the followings:

  • Within2/4working days of your Return Request
  • You must have the original copy of purchase/Invoice/Return Label
  • Must match with suitable reason for the return and all required conditions for return
  • The item must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer condition/packaging/ box which can be resold

Note: Please you are requested to send return parcel back to us securely with the original and undamaged packaging conditions, which can be resold to anyone at anytime otherwise we have all the right to send it back to you.

Return Approval Process:

After receive your Return parcel at our office premisesyour Return is validated soon by a Quality Check,you will get back your refund/exchange/replacement request approval if Quality Check is successfully passed.

Note: Unsuccessful to Quality Check Pass you cannot claim to get the Return Request approval. In that case if you make pre-payment for that purchase we have all the right to send your return item back to you.

If Quality Check is validated, after receiving confirmation SMS/email/Phone Call from us you will be able to get your requested Return product back at your door step within 3 working days for Dhaka City and 7 working days for Outside Dhaka.

  • Whena customer purchases several products in one order, but it has failed to deliver the products in full, resulting in one or more Products not being included in the delivery, you may claim for partial refund.
